Recently me and my girlfriend noticed SinRedemption was accused for harassment in public but what's odd is me and my girlfriend didn't found evidence. All they have is words which is why my girlfriend decided to contact staff and ask if accusations without evidence are allowed on deviantART.
Before I continue I'll ask have you ever heard rumors deviantART staff isn't willing to do anything and is lazy? Well that's not a rumor. My girlfriend got an answer which is confirming that rumor is true.
Personally I think what damphyr is saying denouncing without evidence is allowed and if your account will be hacked and somebody will do harassment from your account deviantART staff won't be willing to help you so I strongly suggest you find better place where to post your art. If the situation wouldn't be severe my girlfriend wouldn't be bothering to dedicate her free time to contact deviantART staff.
We both think when people don't have evidence but they're still accusing someone for harassment that's a severe situation which shouldn't be allowed it's not the same as if they would be accusing her for overreactions she has done.
Not a surprise anymore why people like to accuse somebody and they think they can accuse somebody without evidence on deviantART. deviantART staff isn't much better than those people.
My girlfriend wrote an answer to this so for now I'll say to be continued....
In the mean time I'll give you a material I found to read and see they're lying. How I know they're lying? Because there's no evidence and they don't wish to show any evidence. I'm allowed to post it here.

Girl's words were misrepresented by GFSLEGION. What girl was trying to say even if the behavior is wrong it's a standard human behavior which happens sometimes. Yes, yes there're times when these jerks use disorder as excuse but this was the exceptional time when instead of beating up a jerk you GFSLEGION were beating up a really nice person who has disorder.

I should've foresee this. The rumor wasn't lies and deviantART staff isn't willing to do anything and is lazy. I told you my girlfriend wrote an answer to damphyr and all she got back is this.
How did you do deviantART staff? Well you did very bad and what you did wasn't supportive and confirms people were right about your laziness and unwillingness to do anything! Me and my girlfriend didn't intervene in this just because of SinRedemption but because this looks as slandering and me and my girlfriend got the impression deviantART staff doesn't see a difference between freedom of speech and slandering. Examples if they would say I don't like some things about SinRedemption then it's a freedom of speech but what Hellraiser-89 does in his journals for example is slandering. Why it is slandering? Because there isn't any evidence! That's why!
Why deviantART staff allows slandering? I personally assume it's because sarahthrel, Grummel83 and GFSLEGION has core membership which is serving as immunity against deviantART staff's administrative actions or maybe it's because another rumor is true. That just because you have someone from deviantART staff in your friends list means you can do what you want including slandering and deviantART staff despite the fact that situation is asking for administrative action will ignore this.

What increases my and my girlfriend's curiosity is one fact which was mentioned somewhere. While people who knew SinRedemption, GFSLEGION and Grummel83 decided to not intervene in this then sarahthrel who didn't know SinRedemption, GFSLEGION and Grummel83 until this scandal I think suspiciously easily has taken GFSLEGION's and Grummel83's side. While me and my girlfriend just wished to point out all this is looking like slandering because they're refusing to show evidence and haven't chosen to be on SinRedemption's side completely sarahthrel seems to have chosen to be on GFSLEGION's and Grummel83's side completely. How can she know if GFSLEGION and Grummel83 are saying truth I wonder? Because of their reputation? Ridiculous! If I would've believed what everybody says to me just because of their good reputation I think I would've lost count by now how many times I would've been fooled. I'm not trying to tell you all SinRedemption is innocent but while SinRedemption proved something GFSLEGION and Grummel83 just said bad stuff about SinRedemption without evidence. I would like to know the way how SinRedemption invaded privacy, what makes GFSLEGION think SinRedemption spied and stalked GFSLEGION during friendship because GFSLEGION said SinRedemption did those things but if the only things SinRedemption has done is asked that question how are you and overreacted sometimes just because GFSLEGION didn't answered on SinRedemption's messages then it's not privacy invasion or stalking and spying. The question how are you I see as SinRedemption cared about GFSLEGION while overreaction about not answering on messages could be because SinRedemption worried or was impatient. Perhaps both. And if we talk about stalking and spying there was 3 days in one week in which I went to look on GFSLEGION's profile and guess who I saw in GFSLEGION's visitor list all those 3 days when I took a look on GFSLEGION's profile? I saw sarahthrel has visited GFSLEGION. When SinRedemption visited GFSLEGION that was stalking and spying but not when sarahthrel does the same? Because of this I'm slowly starting to believe GFSLEGION bullies people with disorders as some people say.

I read blog from which I got all material you can see above and made decision I'll help them to explain something. When someone is writing a blog about you and doesn't make separated post each time when he writes something new and also doesn't add words like edit, update or anything like it then you can't notice the changes if you haven't seen this blog before changes and after the changes and smallest changes can notice just people who really does know what's happening. Now that I made changes and wrote something new it still shows Sunday, March 20, 2016 and 10:21 AM.

Has deviantART become as page for bullies?
You tell me. I see how people slander each other but forgets about important thing. Evidence. They come to profiles and accuse people for being the same person just because two people have similar stories, tells them disorder is excuse yet on the internet we even less can tell it than in real life who has and who doesn't have disorder. Are you still wondering why deviantART has been called in words which I would have to censor? Personally I don't wonder about it anymore. People are behaving there like crazy apes. Instead of analyzing and sorting out how much of the information the same GFSLEGION and Grummel83 wrote about SinRedemption is true people like crazy apes are attacking to everybody who has smallest similarity in their story with SinRedemption's story and I don't know why but I could make assumption it is because someone like SinRedemption really has disorder and people with disorders aren't welcomed on deviantART as it has been said, people have been purchased or most of them are bullies too. Maybe it all together. I don't know what's really happening on deviantART but if it's that bad then I wouldn't want to be in such place too.
This has gotten out of control as it seems!
At first I'll say it does seem very weird and suspicious when people ask evidence just from people who are on SinRedemption's side but doesn't ask any evidence from Grummel83, sarahthrel, GFSLEGION and Hellraiser-89. Seems like some sort of a corruption of deviantART or that most people there bully people with diseases. Normal procedure in this case would be when people ask evidence from both sides not just from one side. I found out SinRedemption had disability so it means GFSLEGION was lying to all of us saying SinRedemption doesn't have it. Now it's obvious not everything GFSLEGION has said is truth. It's not my place to say what to do now about this but I would suggest in a friendly way that people should ask evidence from GFSLEGION, Hellraiser-89, sarahthrel and Grummel83 too. Why this case has gotten out of control is because now there has been announcement SinRedemption isn't alive anymore. Didn't looked like people who defend her on blog were joking because they were just using these emotion faces without words. For some reason they can't show screenshot from newspaper's obituary page but there could be so many reasons for it. We're not in their position so we can't know why it's like it but I feel like they say truth. Also this case I think won't be solved without the help of police. I've heard police already has been involved but in these months I haven't heard someone who's involved in this case would've been arrested and then comes question why? I've heard how police can arrest in days everyone who's done cyber crime. I know there's not specific term in which police are arresting cyber criminals but if this goes months and nobody has been arrested then it can be that innocent person has been blamed for crimes or that something like proxy servers and vpn are used in this case to make it harder for police to trace the person.
Now that I'll tell you this I might have to read in comments this guy is crazy and he has smoked too much weed which wouldn't be surprising. Surprising would be if I wouldn't have to read something like it in comments.
I thought about this mess and I don't think you ever had thought about this but I feel like what SinRedemption wants to tell is you shouldn't act like you know better who has and doesn't have disorder, in this case we already can see GFSLEGION was wrong about it and later accuse or defame someone when you can't prove this person has done it or it can go very bad when innocent person is defamed. Excuse me but I don't see how that list of accounts and those mean words proves it was SinRedemption. For all I know it could be GFSLEGION is making SinRedemption look like she's guilty. Just saying.
If it will be found out SinRedmeption is still alive I'll say this. Her methods how to tell this message aren't the best and certainly not excusable but if she really has been bullied because of her disorder so many years that now it has lead to drastic changes in her personality and changed her from good to bad then I suppose I can understand why she has resorted to such methods.
But I suppose this we will find out when police will make some progress or perhaps we won't find this out. Time will show which will it be.
Impersonation?
Today I was searching more about impersonation and it's possible someone would impersonate you or anybody to cause harm to your reputation for example. Unlikely but possible. Why would someone impersonate someone as SinRedemption? I don't know why but it could be someone wants to revenge to her for I don't know what reasons! And then I had a spooky thought but don't think I'm on her side I'm just considering all possibilities that's all. The spooky thought I had is while these people have so called blog war with GFSLEGION it's possible that SinRedemption is alive and doesn't know anything about this and while they have war she's actually living her life and doesn't know what's happening here. It does sound like I try to excuse her but you know what they say. Everything's possible!
